  • pinch of black pepper
  • 15 gr breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp milk
  • an egg
2. For the sauce
  • 1/3 of 200 gr minced onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • a grated garlic
  • 10 gr butter
3. Side Dish
  • steam potatoes
  • boiled broccoli

Step by step:

1. For the steak

  • fry the minced onion until transparent, then put it in bowl
  • put the meet inside a bowl then add salt and black pepper and mix it
  • put 2/3 of  onion into the meet bowl then mix it again
  • mix breadcrumbs and milk then pour it into the meet and mix it
  • last, mix beaten egg into the meet and mix it again 😀
  • divide the meet dough into 2 parts
  • shape it into an oval for each part, make the center of shape thinner than the other side
  • place the frying pan, spread the cooking oil into pan, heat it up in medium heat
  • place the meet dough into pan
  • cook it until golden brown in one side of steak (just estimate it by yourself 😛 ) and flip it
  • pour a little water into pan and close the lid
  • cook until the water evaporates

2. For the sauce

  • using same frying pan, pour the soy sauce into the pan
  • put the grated garlic and 1/3 of minced onion
