Takikomi Gohan is very simple recipe and healthy ๐ usually cook for breakfast ๐ This recipe is from “Cooking with Dog” Youtube Channel :3 Hope you try this too ๐

Recipe:
- 1 Sanma – Pasific Saury (it’s difficult to find this kind of fish here so i just using a tunny ๐ )
- 70 gr carrot
- 150 gr shimeji mushroom
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 green citrus
- a bundle of green onion
- 360 cc rice
- 340 cc water
- 3 gr granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Step by Step:
- clean the fish and fry it in frying pan until golden brown
- clean the rice then put it into ricecooker and pour the water
- pour soy sauce and put granulated dashi into ricecooker
- slice ginger thinly and put itย into ricecooker on the top of the rice
- slice carrot and put it into ricecooker on the top of the ginger
- separate shimeji mushroom into tiny bite pieces and put into ricecooker on top of carrot
- cop the green onion and put a half of it into ricecooker
- last, put the fish on top all of ingredients
- then cook!
- when it’s cooked, slice the fish into tiny bite, and mix the takikomi gohan
- put it into a bowl and put the green onion on top and squeeze the green citrus into it
- ready to serve~ :9
